Engineering for FailSafe &Turbine Controller with Tec4Function (K-T2-P-ADV)

Objectives

  • The participant will learn the basic handling of engineering SPPA-T2000 AS 620 F (failsafe) and T (turbine controller) functions in the S7 400FH system with ES680 and the Simatic manager and handling the technology editor Tec4Function for basic applications.

  • Users of the Tec4Function tool. Engineering of failsafe functions and turbine controller applications in the SIMATC S7 400 FH automation system.

  • Overview of system, tools and infrastructure
  • Basics of programming and engineering with Simatic manager, ES 680, TEC-editor
  • Create and administrate projects
  • Plan size and title block
  • Add, connect and parameterize blocks
  • Connect diagrams, Create an example plan
  • Copy/Modify, AP-Assignment, plan generation, delta-comparison
  • Dynamic diagrams
  • IO-engineering for failsafe and Add FEM´s
  • Design of the hardware of a sample system
  • Creating CFC´s (continuous function charts) by means of the Tec4Function editor
  • Design of a standard system with failsafe functions and turbine controller
  • S7 communication interface to FM 458
  • Communication interfaces between CFC, ES 680 and OM650
  • Download and test of the software
  • Troubleshooting
  • Send and receive HW-signals to and from the field

Prerequisites

  • basic knowledge of T2000, TEC4Function editor and T2-PROT
