Having attended a classroom training, an identical training equipment can be used via remote access through the customer web portal. It features all necessary functions, simulations and licences, allowing to implement exercises or handle any I&C-engineering situation arbitrarily. Tutorial is not provided, however, expert support for system problems of any kind (e.g. reset is required) is oncall standby.
