Operation under Stress Training (OPUS-5)

Objectives

    • This hands-on training is designed to track and handle problems in a systematic way
    • Acting professional as a team during abnormal scenarios and troubleshooting under stress is essential for power plant personnel
    • Personnel manage issues, protect investment, and reduce accidents and stress related matters to keep your power plant running
    • The drill can support plant safety and enhance fast and effective interaction
    • The training can help to avoid trips and reduce shutdown periods

    • Troubleshooting in a systematic way based on realistic operation scenarios
    • Self-analyzing stressful situation and own behavior

    • SPPA-T3000 features used for troubleshooting and reporting
    • Practical applications in stressful environment

Prerequisites

  •  
    • Knowledge of power plant fundamentals is mandatory
    • Participation in the course Power Plant Operation Training (SIMSC-5-DAY or SIMCC-5-DAY)
    • Operational Experience is mandatory

  • Location: O&M Training Center in Erlangen, worldwide on site or remotely via web-based simulator.
